I WROTE A SUPER CUTE POEM INSPIRED BY THE SONG CALLED BUTTERCUP BY POCKET VINYL WHICH I HEARD ON A PODCAST TOTALLY UNRELATED TO MUSIC BUT THAT IS NOT THE POINT
do you want to hear my poem
My dad’s friend Darshan came back from India and got him these beedies which he then gave to me
They’re little cigarettes rolled in leaves and with a string denoting when te tobacco ends and leaf butt begins
I like them a lot INDIA YEAH
So I’m laying in bed with my dog and I just got back from my girlfriend’s house
We had so much good sex and I spent so much good, worthwhile time with her today it was hard going home knowing I won’t see her again until February maybe
Classes start on Monday and I’m as giddily excited about them as terrified
I have to get up for work in just a few hours, and I’m dreading trying to sleep
If I was the type to make new year’s resolutions I would make this one: disconnect from the phone, reintegrate into the physical space around me and the opportunities held therein
BOUGHT SOME STUFF AT GOODWILL I THOUGHT WAS NOT GOING TO FIT BUT IT DOES
adding ever still to my incredible gym-swaddling cloth hoard
